Switch to Mochi
Switch from Calendly in ten minutes.
Keep the booking link your clients already use, and add what Calendly leaves out: a brief before every booked meeting, notes without a bot in the call, and the follow-up email after. One app, from $18 a month instead of two subscriptions.
What you get that Calendly doesn't
- AI meeting notes on every plan, Free included. Mochi records your Mac's audio, so no notetaker joins the call, and records in person on iPhone and Apple Watch.
- A one-minute brief before each booked meeting, written from the guest's answers and your past meetings with them.
- After the call: the summary, the action items and a draft follow-up email, next to the booking that started it.
- Mochi Agent (Executive) finds free time, drafts follow-ups and moves meetings, and does nothing until you approve.
Move over, step by step
- Sign up and connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. Mochi checks it so your page only offers free times.
- Create a booking page: your weekly hours, the meeting lengths you offer, buffers, and how far ahead people can book.
- Add the questions you ask in Calendly, as reasons for the meeting or form fields. Their answers feed your brief.
- On Pro, add your branding, your own domain and an AI background for the page.
- Swap the link: your email signature, your website (Mochi pages can be embedded), and your social profiles.
- Keep Calendly open until the meetings already booked there have happened, then cancel it.
What stays behind
Mochi doesn't import from Calendly, so meetings already booked there stay in your calendar as they are, and new bookings come through Mochi. If you route bookings between teammates with forms or take payment when someone books, Calendly still does that better today.
Questions
Can I keep the same booking link?
Your Mochi page lives at mochimeet.com/your-name, or on your own domain on Pro. Update the link where you share it; your old Calendly link keeps working until you close that account.
Does Mochi work with Google Calendar and Outlook?
Yes. Mochi reads your busy times from Google or Microsoft calendars and adds the event, with a video link, when someone books.
How much does it cost?
Free includes 2 booking pages and AI notes with 30 days of history. Pro is $18 a month with unlimited pages and notes; Executive is $35 with Mochi Chat and the Agent. Every new account gets 14 days of Executive free, no card needed.
