Mochi vs Calendly
Calendly is the best-known way to book a meeting. Mochi books it too, and then takes the notes without a bot in the call, on every plan, including in person on iPhone and Apple Watch.

Where Mochi is different
- Notes on every plan. Mochi records your Mac’s audio without adding anyone to the call, and records in person on iPhone and Apple Watch.
- Before the meeting, a one-minute brief from the guest’s answers and your past meetings with them.
- After it, the summary, the action items and a follow-up email, next to the booking that started it.
- The whole app works in Hebrew, right to left, as well as in English.
Where Calendly may be the better fit
- You route bookings to the right person with forms, or take payment when someone books.
- You schedule for a large team with many seats and admin controls.
- You need a scheduling integration Mochi doesn’t have yet.
Pricing
Mochi Pro is $18 a month and Executive $35, with notes and scheduling in both, and the free plan takes notes too.
