- Allow the microphone and audio permissions once; Mochi offers to take notes when a call starts.

- Invite your team to a shared space; folders for client calls, interviews and stand-ups are shared with everyone in them.
What stays behind
Mochi doesn't import notes from Granola, so your history there stays where it is and Mochi starts with your next meeting. If you record on Windows or Android, or your notes need to go to Notion, Granola is the better fit today.
Questions
Does Mochi need a bot in the call?
No, not with the Mac app (macOS 14.2 or later). If you'd rather have a notetaker in the call, Pro and Executive add an optional in-call bot.
How does pricing compare?
Mochi Pro is $18 a month and includes notes and scheduling; Executive is $35 with Mochi Chat across all meetings and the Agent. Every new account gets 14 days of Executive free.
Where does my audio go?
It's sent to OpenAI for transcription and deleted after it's transcribed. OpenAI doesn't use it to train its models. More on the security page.
