Terms of Service – MochiMeet

1. The service

MochiMeet helps you schedule meetings, take and summarize meeting notes, and prepare for what comes next. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate details when you sign up.
• Keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for what happens under it, including in apps you connect to it.
• Tell us at support@mochimeet.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your content

Your meeting notes, summaries, recordings and other content stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as our Privacy Policy explains.

You are responsible for having the right to record, transcribe and share what you bring into MochiMeet, including getting consent from the people in your meetings where the law requires it.

4. Connected apps and integrations

You can connect MochiMeet to other services, such as calendars, Slack, or AI apps like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. You choose what to connect and can disconnect at any time.

Those services are run by others, under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they use information you let them read.

5. AI features

Summaries, briefs and answers are written by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before relying on it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or anyone’s rights, including by recording people without the consent the law requires
• Send spam, malware, or content that is abusive or harmful
• Try to get into accounts or systems you’re not allowed into, or disrupt the service
• Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service, or scrape it with automated tools, except through the connections we offer

7. Plans and payment

What each plan includes and costs is shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.

If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are given where the law requires them.

8. Availability

We work to keep MochiMeet available and secure, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, MochiMeet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using MochiMeet and delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the latest update date, is the one that applies. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.
