Alternatives
Otter alternatives, honestly compared.
Otter made meeting transcripts popular, with a bot that joins your calls. People look elsewhere when they'd rather not have a bot in the room, need Hebrew, or want more than a transcript. Prices checked in October 2026.

Granola: a bot-free notepad
Notes without a bot on Mac and Windows, with iPhone, Apple Watch and Android apps. Business is $14 a user a month.
