Meeting notes templates
Five templates for the meetings you have every week. Copy one into Notes, Docs or Notion, and you'll never start from a blank page.
Any meeting
The everyday template: who was there, what was decided, and who does what next.
Meeting: [Title] Date: [Date] · Attendees: [Names] Goal - What this meeting needs to decide or produce Discussion - [Topic]: key points - [Topic]: key points Decisions - [Decision] Action items - [ ] [Owner]: [Task], by [date] - [ ] [Owner]: [Task], by [date] Next meeting: [Date / not needed]
Or skip the template. Mochi listens on your Mac, with no bot in the call, and writes these notes for you: the decisions, who owns what, and a follow-up email. It starts with a brief from your past meetings, too.

What makes meeting notes useful
- Write decisions and action items, not a transcript. Each action item needs an owner and a date.
- Start with the goal of the meeting, so you can tell at the end whether you got there.
- Send the notes the same day, while people still remember the meeting.
- Keep each kind of meeting in the same format, so you can compare them over time.
