Mochi vs Fathom
Fathom is loved for its free plan, with a bot that records your video calls. Mochi records without a bot on the Mac, takes notes in person on iPhone and Apple Watch, and books the meeting too.

Where Mochi is different
- On the Mac there’s no bot at all: Mochi records your mic and your Mac’s audio, and nobody new appears in the call.
- In person, record on iPhone or Apple Watch, even with the iPhone in another room.
- Scheduling is built in: booking pages, a brief from the guest’s answers before you meet, and the follow-up after, in one app.
- The whole app works in Hebrew, right to left, as well as in English.
Where Fathom may be the better fit
- You want video recordings of your calls, with clips to share.
- You record lots of calls and mostly need the transcript, on a free plan.
- Your team lives in a CRM and wants notes synced into it.
