Your meeting notes, in HubSpot.
Connect a Mochi folder to HubSpot, and each meeting's notes are logged on the contacts you met, as a note with the summary and a link back to Mochi.
How it works
- Connect HubSpot with a private app token.
- For each note, Mochi finds the HubSpot contacts with the emails of the people in the meeting.
- It adds a note to those contacts with the title, the summary and a link to the full note.
Who it's for
Sales and customer teams that want every call on the contact's timeline, without copying notes by hand.
Set it up
- Open a folder in Mochi's team space, or one of your own.
- Choose HubSpot under the folder's apps and connect it.
- Every note added to the folder from then on is sent by itself.
Questions
Do I need to send each note to HubSpot myself?
No. Connect the folder once; each note that lands in it is sent when it's ready.
Does a bot join my calls?
Not when you record with the Mac app: Mochi captures your microphone and your Mac's audio. On iPhone and Apple Watch, it records in person.
