## What Mochi does

### Notes
You talk. Mochi takes notes.
- Records your mic and call audio. No bot shows up.
- Your notes + the transcript = a summary to edit.
- Share it in one click, or keep it to yourself.

### Before, during and after
- Before the meeting: Walk in already knowing the room. Mochi reads your last meetings with these people and writes you a one-minute brief. Arrive ready.
- In the conversation: Eyes up. Mochi’s listening. Jot a few words. Mochi captures the conversation on your Mac, so you can stay with the person in front of you.
- After the meeting: Walk out with the next step. An editable summary in seconds. List the actions, write the follow-up, draft the plan. One click each.

### On the Mac
- The conversation, captured. Record your mic and your Mac’s audio without adding a bot to the call. Pause and resume whenever you like.
- Your thoughts, made clearer. Mochi mixes your notes with the transcript into a summary you can edit, revisit, and ask about.
- The little things, handled. Recording tucks into a slim panel at the edge of your screen. Forgot to stop? Mochi stops after 15 quiet minutes. And Mochi hangs out on your desktop, one click from your notes.

### iPhone and Apple Watch
Record a coffee chat on iPhone, or tap your wrist and go. Apple Watch records even when your iPhone is in another room, and sends the note over when they meet again.

### Scheduling
Give your guests a thoughtful place to land. Your look, the right questions, and a time that works for everyone.
- Your availability, durations & buffers
- Automatic time zones
- Your branding, domain & AI backgrounds on Pro

From the first click to the follow-up. One product.
- A guest books: They pick a time on your page and answer your questions.
- Mochi preps you: A one-minute brief from their answers and your past meetings.
- Mochi takes notes: On Mac, iPhone or Apple Watch, with no bot in the call.
- The follow-up is ready: The summary, the action items and a draft email.

### Mochi Chat (Executive)
Every meeting, one question away. Mochi reads every note you’ve taken, on Mac, iPhone, and Apple Watch.

### Shortcuts
Prep for a meeting, recap your week, or find what you promised. Use Mochi’s shortcuts, or write your own and share them with your team.

### Mochi Agent (Executive)
Find a free hour, draft the follow-up, move a meeting. Mochi suggests the step. Nothing happens until you tap Approve.

### More
- Everyone you meet, in one place. A page for every person, with every conversation you’ve had and a quick way to ask about them.
- Bring someone up to speed. Share a note by link or with a teammate. Your notes and summaries sync to your account.
- Find a time together. Group scheduling polls show what works for everyone.
- See where your week goes. Calendar insights show how much of your time goes to meetings, with whom, and where to make room. On Executive.

### For teams
Invite your team to a shared space with folders for client calls, interviews and stand-ups; a note added to a folder is there for the whole team. Invite by email or with one link.

### Integrations
Connect a folder once and every note in it is sent on its own to Slack, HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive, Zapier or a webhook.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need a Mac to use Mochi?
No. Use Mochi in the browser for scheduling, notes, and your workspace. The Mac app records your mic and computer audio on macOS 14.2 or later. The iPhone and Apple Watch apps record conversations in person.

### Does Mochi work on Windows?
Yes, in the browser: scheduling, notes, Mochi Chat and your team space. Recording your computer’s audio needs the Mac app (macOS 14.2 or later); on Windows, record in person with the iPhone app, or add the in-call notetaker on Pro.

### What happens when my free trial ends?
You move to the Free plan by yourself. Nothing is charged and your notes stay; the Pro and Executive features close until you upgrade. Invite 3 teammates who join and you get a month of Executive free, once.

### Can my team use Mochi together?
Yes. Invite teammates by email or with one link to a shared team space, with folders for client calls, interviews and stand-ups. Notes added to a folder are there for the whole team.

### Does a bot join my meeting?
Not when you record with the Mac app. Mochi captures your mic and computer audio once you start recording. If you’d rather have a notetaker in the call, an in-call bot is available on Pro and Executive.

### What if I forget to stop recording?
Mochi stops by itself after 15 minutes of quiet and lets you know, so a forgotten recording doesn’t run all afternoon.

### Does Apple Watch need my iPhone nearby?
No. Start Mochi on your wrist and record. When your watch and iPhone meet again, the note moves over on its own.

### What’s the difference between Mochi Chat and Mochi Agent?
Mochi Chat answers questions across all your meetings. Mochi Agent takes the next step: it drafts emails and suggests calendar changes, and runs them only after you approve.

### Where do my notes and recordings go?
Notes live on your devices, and a copy of your notes, summaries, and meeting details syncs to your account for viewing, sharing, and questions. Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription and deleted after it’s transcribed. The account copy of a note doesn’t include its audio.

### Is Mochi free?
Free to start, with no credit card, and every new account gets 14 days of Executive free. Afterwards you stay on Free unless you upgrade. The Free plan includes AI meeting notes on Mac, iPhone, and Apple Watch, 30 days of meeting history, and 2 booking pages. Pro and Executive add unlimited history, follow-up emails, Mochi Chat, and Mochi Agent.

### Which calendars can I connect?
Google Calendar and Microsoft calendars (Outlook and Microsoft 365).

### Do guests need a Mochi account?
No. Guests book on your page without an account. Shared note links open without signing in too, so share them only with the people you mean to.
